Introduction

What if the traits you’ve been told to hide are actually part of God’s intentional design?

Many women receive ADHD or autism diagnoses later in life—after years of masking, misunderstanding, and trying to fit into boxes never built for them.

This post is for the woman who’s been labeled too sensitive, too disorganized, or too much.

1. Misunderstood / Odd → Wonderfully Made

You’ve walked into rooms feeling out of place. Maybe you were called intense, eccentric, or hard to connect with.

Psalm 139:14 affirms: "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”

Your wiring isn’t a flaw—it’s part of God’s artistry.

2. Not Enough → Held in Grace

When spiritual routines feel hard or you struggle to stay consistent, it’s tempting to label yourself a disappointment.

But 2 Corinthians 12:9 reminds you, "My grace is sufficient for you."

God’s grace doesn’t expect perfection—it meets you in process.

3. Difficult → Designed with Purpose

You’ve been told you’re too much—talk too much, feel too much, need too much.

But Ephesians 2:10 speaks clearly: “We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works.”

Your passion, sensitivity, and depth aren’t obstacles—they’re part of your calling.
